WELCH, W.Va. – On Thursday night in Welch, there was a county rivalry matchup between Mount View and River View.
Some may call it the “Battle for McDowell County,” or the “Battle of the Views,” whatever you want to call it, these two teams came to play.
Early on in this one, it seemed like it would be all River View, as they quickly jumped out to a 17-4 lead, but from there, it was a Golden Knight takeover.
