Tickets for a Wishaw charity’s biggest fundraiser of the year are now on sale with locals advised to snap briefs up early before they sell out.
Les Hoey’s DreamMaker Foundation are thrilled to announce that their annual DreamMaker Ball will be on Saturday, October 4, at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow.
The special event will feature drinks on arrival, live entertainment, delicious three course dinner and wine plus auction, raffles, dancing and more surprises.
All proceeds from the DreamMaker Ball will go toward supporting the charity’s work and make a real difference in the lives of kids with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Speaking to Lanarkshire Live this week, Les said: “The Ball is always our biggest fundraiser and it really is a fantastic night.
“We always get a great response from people living in Wishaw and I’m sure this year will be no exception.
“If anyone hasn’t been before then I would definitely say to you to come along because you won’t be disappointed.
“Our DreamMaker team Angela and Laura always doa great job in getting some great entertainment on the night.”
You can book your table now with 50 per cent deposit and paying the rest in August.

Last year’s ball proved to be a spectacular success.
Entertainment on the night was headlined by singer-songwriter Callum Beattie with support coming from Stonehouse singer Amy Louise and top band Till Death Do Us Party.
In total, a whopping £62,205 was raised on the night thanks to ticket sales, auction, raffle, silent auction and mystery bags.
Meanwhile, the DreamMaker Foundation are offering you the opportunity for an overnight getaway to the luxurious Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort.
Writing on social media, the charity stated: “Escape to luxury at the breathtaking Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort, where relaxation meets elegance!
“Enjoy a night of pure indulgence, stunning views, championship golf course, award winning spa and fine dining restaurant, all while supporting our wee DreamMakers!
“It’s your chance to treat yourself to a dream retreat and make a real difference at the same time. Don’t let this opportunity slip away – enter now and support our kids and their families.
“All proceeds go to a great cause. Don’t miss your chance to relax in style while making a difference.”
