Some stores in Texas are closing early on Monday, and most stores are opening late on Tuesday.

AUSTIN, Texas — Beloved Texas grocery chain H-E-B announced Monday that it is temporarily adjusting hours at many of its stores in response to winter weather across the state.

Here’s a breakdown of how hours will be impacted Monday, Jan. 20, and Tuesday, Jan. 21. H-E-B said unless a store is one of the listed locations, it will be open and operating on normal business hours.

Temporary hours at H-E-B stores in Central Texas

H-E-B said its stores in Kyle, Lockhart, Luling and San Marcos will close at 8 p.m. on Monday and open on at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Wimberley’s H-E-B will close at 7 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

All other Central Texas stores will close regular hours on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Central Market stores in Central Texas will close at 10 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

How will Curbside, Home Delivery and H-E-B Pharmacies be impacted?

H-E-B said most of its pharmacy locations will follow the same adjusted hours as the store. 

Curbside and Home Delivery may have adjusted hours and limited availability in certain areas. H-E-B said customers can check their app for updated availability of time slots.

H-E-B operations in other parts of Texas

Greater Houston area

H-E-B said all stores in the greater Houston area will close at 10 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Houston-area Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop and Mi Tienda stores will also close at 10 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Greater San Antonio area

H-E-B stores in Boerne, Bulverde, Fredericksburg, Kerrville and New Braunfels will close at 8 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

All other San Antonio-area stores, including Central Market stores, will close at 10 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Gulf Coast area

Bay City, Beeville, Corpus Christi 5 (Leopard/Violet), Cuero, Edna, El Campo, Gonzales, Kenedy, Port Lavaca, Refugio, Sinton, Victoria 2, Victoria 3, Wharton and Yoakum stores will close at 10 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Alice, Corpus Christi 1 (Kostoryz), Corpus Christi 2 (South Port), Corpus Christi 3 (Leopard/Nueces), Corpus Christi 4 (Saratoga), Corpus Christi 6 (Alameda/Robert), Corpus Christi 7 (Alameda/McCall), Corpus Christi 12 (Weber Rd.), Corpus Christi 13 (Staples), Falfurrias, Kingsville, Mathis and Robstown stores will close at 11 p.m. on Monday and will open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

All other Gulf Coast-area stores will operate during their regular hours.

Border area and Rio Grande Valley

Stores in Crystal City, Hondo, Uvalde, Pearsall and Carrizo Springs will close at 7 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Del Rio 1 (Pecan/Greenwood), Del Rio 2 (Veterans) and Eagle Pass stores will close at 8 p.m. on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

All Laredo stores will close regular hours on Monday and open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, and all other border region stores will operate during normal hours.
