As split rumours continue to surround Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey, the pop superstar has fuelled speculation by making a bold move on social media. The singer has unfollowed the model on Instagram, just months after she gave birth to the couple’s first son, Jack Blues. The Mirror reports that, when searching for Hailey’s account under Justin’s following list, it returns a “no users found” message. Hailey still appears to be following her husband.
Fans have been left confused as they continue to speculate on the pair’s six-year marriage.
One said: “What could be the reason? Does anyone have a idea.” Another said: “Interesting.” One said: “She still follows him sooo hopefully it was a mistake by justin.” A fourth wrote: “Hopefully this was a mistake cause they just had a child.”
After one fan said the move meant “it doesn’t look like things are going well”, others took to the site to highlight the fact that Justin posted a sweet message about his wife just days ago.
One fan said: “It’s very clear it’s a mistake as he posted a sweet message to her the other day, I know many people keep wishing on these two downfall and I think it’s so pathetic.”
Last month, Hailey shared a cryptic post about “situations that you hate”. She wrote: “Me to all of you on the Internet,” alongside a video from content creator eyegotthyme. The clip she posted featured the influencer saying: “You’re not well and it’s OK. You’ve done made a lot of choices. The choices that you made done put you in situations that you hate.”
And, Justin recently shared his own cryptic message, resharing a video which featured the words: “Coparenting is failing, like tf.”
One social media user questioned: “So, are they currently co-parenting? Why is he posting this?” Speaking previously about the continuous spotlight on her relationship with the star, Hailey told W Magazine earlier this year: “People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one.
“‘Oh, they’re falling apart. They hate each other. They’re getting divorced.’
“It’s like people don’t want to believe that we’re happy.”
