Katie Price appears to have already ruffled feathers among her new neighbours as heaps of rubbish accumulate outside her new residence.

It comes as the mum-of-five, 46, vacated her Mucky Mansion last year after receiving an eviction notice due to substantial unpaid debts.

She previously expressed delight at relocating to a £5k-a-month new build in Sussex and embarking on a fresh start, but it seems things have already gotten off on a bad foot.

According to reports in the Mail Online, neighbours are “alarmed” by the growing pile of rubbish bags outside. Last year, it was reported that one neighbour labelled her arrival in the community as “dreadful news”.

Recent photos reveal overflowing bins, piles of black bags and what seem to be stone ornaments toppled over in the front garden space.

It follows the news reported by The Sun that a buyer had purchased the Mucky Mansion for less than Katie paid for it in 2014.

The nine bedroom and four bathroom property was allegedly was sold for £1.15million, £200,000 less than Katie’s original payment.

She previously claimed it was worth at least £2million. Katie stated last year: “I absolutely have hated my mansion. I tell you why, nine years of hell I’ve had there. Fly-tipping, it’s haunted… And I am living with it. Whoever buys that house, good luck! I hate it.”

In 2022, the former glamour model’s efforts to refurbish the property were showcased in Channel 4’s Katie Price: Mucky Mansion. However, the show was cancelled after just two series.
