AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police say drivers should expect delays on Interstate 35 near East Oltorf Street due to rocks on the lanes.
The Austin Police Department (APD) said around 10:20 a.m. Friday that it had received reports of rocks covering several lanes near the 2500 block of South I-35 southbound. The highway is currently shut down to one lane going southbound as officers work to clear the lanes.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.
