The wait is almost over for The Traitors’ fans as the third season of the BBC show will air its highly anticipated final tonight.

The last few episodes of the show have seen the game take a complete 180 turn as the Faithful are now the favourites to win after last night’s ‘seer’ bombshell.

Four Faithful remain including Francesca, Jake, Leanne and Alexander.

Traitor Charlotte threw OG Traitor Minah Shannon under the bus on Wednesday night, which led to her banishment at the Round Table and then chose to recruit Freddie in her place before setting him up for the same fate.

However, after Thursday night’s episode saw a new ‘seer’ rule being introduced in the game during the latest challenge, Charlotte seems to immediately run into some bad karma.

Francesca won the challenge and was granted the power to select one other player to reveal their true Faithful or Traitor identity and it just so happens that she chose Charlotte – the only Traitor left in the game.

Ahead of tonight’s finale, Gambling.com TV Expert James Leyfield has put together odds on: who will win, who will be banished next and how many players will be left when the show ends.

After last night’s turn of events, the odds are no longer in Charlotte’s favour with the Faithfuls now 5/1 to take victory on this year’s series while the Traitors are at 5/1.

Now that Francesca is set to find out Charlotte’s true identity she has drifted massively in the winner’s market to 5/1 and with Freddie’s telling vote for his fellow Traitor on his way out of the castle last night, it will be difficult for Charlotte to create a convincing argument against Francesca inevitable accusations.

This places Charlotte as the 1/2 favourite to be banished next. Meanwhile, the market predicts that Francesca is next in line in the banishment odds at 13/8 as although unlikely, it’s still possible that Charlotte manages to turn the suspicion around on her.

Jake is now the 4/6 favourite to win the show, ahead of Leanne (Evens) and Francesca (11/8).

In terms of how many contestants will be left standing at the end, three is the 8/11 favourite. This comes after Jake’s remark about how he wouldn’t trust being stood beside Alexander when the dust settles with his comment not being challenged by his fellow contestants.

This means the most plausible scenario is that Charlotte and Alexander are banished before everyone who remains decides to end the game but who knows? This season may still have a few twists yet to come.

The Traitors finale will air tonight at 8:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
