At least one person is dead following a shooting in the area of Wildhorse Ranch Trail.
MANOR, Texas — A deadly shooting is under investigation in Manor.
The shooting happened Friday just before 3 p.m. in the area of Wildhorse Ranch Trail near State Highway 130.
Details on the shooting are limited, but authorities say at least one person is dead. Another person was taken to the hospital with potentially serious injuries.
According to Manor ISD, the nearby Manor Excel Academy went into “secure mode” to allow Austin police to investigate before returning to normal operations around 3:30 p.m.
