This is the dramatic moment a roof appears to be blown off a block of flats amid Storm Éowyn. It’s understood the footage was filmed in Edinburgh’s Sighthill area.

The 9-second clip captures the exact moment the roof is blown up and backwards and appears to tumble off the building. The exact location of the building in question is not known.

But it’s understood the footage was filmed just off the city’s Broomhouse Road, in a new build estate which branches off from Glenalmond Place.
