Police have arrested an 18-year-old youth who allegedly slashed a teen girl on the face inside a Bronx subway station last month, police said Tuesday.

On Dec. 17 around 4:30 p.m. Antonio Romero slashed a 17-year-old girl on the left side of her face from her cheekbone to the corner of her mouth while the two were inside the 161st St.-Yankee Stadium subway station, according to cops.

Medics rushed the girl to a nearby hospital where she received stitches.

Romero admitted to attacking the girl when officers confronted him with surveillance footage, according to court documents.

“Yeah, that’s me in the photo,” Romero said according to the criminal complaint against him.

Romero was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment. He pleaded not guilty to all charges, the Bronx Times reported.

Romero targeted the girl because she was in an argument with his brother on social media, according to court documents.

In January, another social media scuffle led to a 20-person brawl on Staten Island, in which 43-year-old Jennira Roundtree died protecting her teen daughter.

Last week Jasmin Thompson, 25, was charged with the murder of Roundtree.
