Ruth Langsford took to the dance floor to let her hair down alongside pal Rylan Clark, as they soaked up the party atmosphere in London at the weekend.
The Loose Women star, 64, was captured by Rylan busting some “saucy” moves and belting out Montell Jordan’s classic This Is How We Do It.
The fun-filled moments from Saturday night were shared on Rylan’s Instagram, while Ruth also shared footage of the Radio 2 DJ busting moves to Shakira’s hit Hips Don’t Lie, reports the Mirror.
Both the television hosts appeared to be having a ball, as they were also joined by TV celeb Lizzie Cundy, who also seemed to be making the most of the wild night out.
Following her split from Eamonn Holmes last May, Ruth has shed one and a half stone as she embraces a fresh fitness and diet plan. Speaking to Woman Magazine, personal trainer Laurel Alper commented: “Ruth looks like she’s slimmed down from a size 16 to 14. She’s probably lost about 1st 7lb – you can really see she’s lost weight across her middle, thighs and face.”
Ruth has been candid about her weight and dietary habits, and recently her social media updates have shown fans a glimpse into her “healthier” lifestyle. She’s been posting her lunches of boiled eggs, turkey, and salads along with homemade green juices.

Mixing together ginger, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, apple, and water, Ruth told her followers: “I take this to work most days,” arguing it stops her from choosing unhealthy options.
She noted, “It stops me grabbing unhealthy, processed food. Even when you make a healthy choice and buy a salad, in my experience, they’re mostly leaves! This way you get a good, decent portion salad and you get to put all the things you like in it! ENJOY!”
