The newest bombshells to grace the Love Island All Stars villa, Sammy Root and Danielle Sellers, will undoubtedly shake things up on the ITV2 show.

The pair includes former ITV reality dating show winner Sammy Root, who is returning for another shot at love, hoping this time it will be everlasting. Alongside him is 29-year-old Danielle Sellers, who first graced the show during its third series.

Their arrival marks the latest significant shake-up to this year’s line-up, following a brutal triple eviction during Tuesday’s episode (January 28), which was determined by a public vote where viewers selected their favourite male and female contestants.

As host Maya Jama unveiled the voting results, she then tasked the two victorious Islanders with deciding which three of their fellow contestants should bid farewell to the villa and the show permanently. The duo had to make their choice from the four contestants who received the fewest votes.

Now, the two newcomers are poised to cause even more disruption. Sammy, who only appeared on the show in 2023 and won the tenth series alongside Jess Harding, is eager to return to the villa despite his previous unsuccessful attempt, reports Wales Online.

He remarked: “Hopefully this time round, I’ll leave with a relationship that goes the distance. Last time I was very much a boy and was immature at times in terms of not thinking about my actions beforehand. Now looking back, I feel like I’ve changed a lot and I’d like to think I’ve grown from a boy to a gentleman.”

Delving into what he treasures most about his experience in the villa, he said: “The fact that you’re in this unique little bubble, it’s nice to be away from other people’s opinions and being away from your phone. I love that so much.”

On the other hand, Danielle, now 29, insists she is seizing the opportunity to rejoin the show in hopes of finding her soulmate.

She asserted: “I feel like I’m more confident in myself now, I’m more mature and I’ve grown up a lot since last time so I’ve learnt a lot. I was a lot younger going in the first time, I was 21! I entered during Casa Amor and lots of the boys were in strong couples! Eight years on, I’m older and know what I want, so I’m going to just go for it!”

Danielle already has her sights set on several Islanders, which could ruffle some feathers in the villa.

“I like Scott, Luca and Curtis so I’ll be pulling them for chats,” she expressed. “I already know Gabby and Elma and it’s going to be nice to meet Ekin-Su, though I’m not sure how she’ll react when I chat to Curtis?!”

Love Island: All Stars continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
