BECKLEY, W.Va. – The Natalie Cochran Trial is in its eighth day, and the State and Defense have rested their cases.

As of 12:17 p.m., court is in a recess and is expected to pick back up at 1:15 p.m.
Both sides have rested their cases, and when court resumes instructions will be given to the jury.
