The Traitors’ star Freddie Fraser has left fans of the BBC show gutted after he revealed he has a girlfriend.
The 21-year-old politics student revealed that his experience on the show brought about a “scary situation” that left his girlfriend “overwhelmed”.
He told the Metro: “She enjoyed the watch for sure. I think she was a bit over whelmed to begin with, it was quite a lot of attention going on and we’re quite young still so it was quite like a scary situation that we haven’t been in but she’s been really supportive.”
Freddie revealed his initial game plan on the show was to ‘flirt’ with the other contestants and use his ‘charming’ skills to forge trust despite being in a relationship.
However, fans are more concerned about the fact that he is not a single man with many left devastated that Freddie is not on the market.
Many took to social media to express their dismay as one wrote: “I don’t think he can even fathom how many hearts he’s crushed.”
Another chimed in: “Guys I was already having a bad day, not fair.” A third added: “Nooooo I didn’t need to hear this today ughhh.”
Freddie has not disclosed the name of his girlfriend online but had plenty of support from female friends whose stories he reposted on Instagram when his exit was aired on screens.
Freddie narrowly missed out on the final of the BBC show after he was banished at the Round Table by the Faithful less than 24 hours after being recruited as a Traitor by Charlotte.
He was a fan favourite on the show with his Instagram following soaring to 100k since his stint on the BBC show.
The third season of the show came to an end last week after Leanne Quigley and Jake Brown were crowned as joint winners, splitting the cash pot prize of £94,000 between them.
