The adult victim died on scene Thursday morning, according to responders.
AUSTIN, Texas — One person is dead after a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle on Thursday morning in North Austin.
The Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS) arrived just after 6 a.m. to the 11000 block of Jollyville Rd., where crews said they attempted CPR on an adult.
Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and the adult victim died on scene around 6:30 a.m., according to ATCEMS.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
