BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – Wednesday night on the campus of Bluefield State showcased both BSU basketball teams, facing off against Lincoln University.

First up was the Women’s game, which was a back-and-forth affair. BSU got down as much as 10 points but came right back, taking a lead of their own before a big three from Lincoln knotted it up and sent it to overtime.

In overtime, the BSU women got hot from three land, going on to seal the win over the Lions.

The men continued to do the same, except it was less about the three-pointers and more about the athleticism that the Big Blue displayed on the court.

In the end, both teams ended the night with big wins over Lincoln University.
