Kim Kardashian‘s family business is expanding to the next generation.

The reality TV superstar and billionaire entrepreneur says she’s taking on more of a “momager” role over her children, most notably 11-year North West, who’s already worked as a recording artist and fashion model.

“She’ll get an offer to do a photo shoot or something [and] we really sit and talk about it as a family,” Kardashian shared on the latest episode of the “World’s First Podcast,” noting that she’s also mindful of protecting her kids’ youth. “Like, ‘Should she do this? What’s too much? What’s not?’”

Kardashian, the mother of four kids with ex-husband Kanye West, is no stranger to a mom managing the careers of her children. Her own mother, Kris Jenner, helped shepherd her to superstardom amid a sex tape scandal with former boyfriend Ray J during the mid-2000s.

Known for her sharp business acumen, Jenner built a reality TV empire with all of her children, which include Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, and their younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
