LOGANVILLE, Ga. (WANF/Gray News) – A Georgia healthcare worker is behind bars after police were notified of a viral video that allegedly shows her provocatively dancing over a disabled patient.
Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19, was arrested and charged with one felony count of exploitation of a disabled person, according to the Loganville Police Department.
Police say they were made aware Jan. 23 of a video posted social media depicting a woman dancing in a provocative manner above a disabled person seated in a chair, WANF reports.

The Queen of Accountability, as she’s known on Instagram, is a social media sleuth who tries to provide justice when she sees wrongdoings online. Someone shared Koiyan’s videos with her.
“I was sick to my stomach, and I still am,” said the influencer about the video. “Her dancing on top of the head of the person that was in the wheelchair. When I saw it, I thought it was a skit or a joke.”
The Queen of Accountability says she called police and provided them with Koiyan’s social media information.
An investigation began, which led to a search warrant and Koiyan’s arrest on Tuesday. The caretaker was booked and taken to the Walton County Jail without incident.
“I was very thankful but sad at the same time because she is so young,” the Queen of Accountability said.
The influncer says she hopes this serves as a lesson to people looking to go viral.
“You don’t have to hurt, harm or humiliate someone just to get a couple of likes and shares,” she said.
WANF tried reaching out to Koiyan and to the business police say she works for, SNL Healthcare LLC, but got no response.
Koiyan did post a response to backlash on her TikTok.
“OK, TikTok, right now, it’s a video going viral of me ‘the healthcare worker that’s dancing on top of her patient’s head.‘ It’s not what it is. All I got to say for now is angles play a big part,” Koiyan said. “A lot of people in the comments talking sexual assault, rape… nonverbal. You gotta trust and believe he’s verbal. And if he’s not verbal to his kins, then I don’t know what’s going on over there. But around here, he be verbal.”
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
