PHILADELPHIA (CNN) – The founder of the organization that helped arrange medical treatment and transportation for a Mexican child who was killed in last week’s plane crash in Philadelphia is speaking out.

Susan Marie Fasino created the group His Wings Ranch.

Fasino said on Monday during an interview with CNN that the medical plane crash that killed six people on board has been extremely painful and devastating for everyone to process.

Lizeth Murillo Ozuna and her daughter Valentina were two of the six onboard who died.

Valentina had received treatment for a spinal condition at Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia.

The plane was heading back to Mexico, but crashed just moments after taking off from Philadelphia.

One person in a vehicle on the ground in the northeast Philadelphia neighborhood was also killed in last Friday’s crash.

At least 24 other people suffered injuries.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
