Ozzy Osbourne will perform one final show with Black Sabbath, reuniting with all of the band’s original members for the first time in 20 years.

The heavy metal pioneers that delivered hard rock classics such as “Iron Man” and “Paranoid” will headline a July 5 concert extravaganza in Birmingham, England — where they formed in 1968.

The show, which Osbourne’s wife and manager Sharon Osbourne confirmed will be his last, will see the famed frontman brought back together with guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward.

“It’s my time to go back to the beginning… time for me to give back to the place where I was born,” Osbourne said in a statement posted to his website. “How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal.”

Osbourne will also play a short solo set at the Villa Park festival raising money for area hospitals and Parkinson’s research, which hits home for the 76-year-old singer. He revealed in 2020 that he was living with the neurodegenerative disorder, which impairs his ability to tour.

The fundraising event, titled “Back to the Beginning,” also features performances by Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Anthrax, Alice In Chains, member of Smashing Pumpkins and Guns N’ Roses, as well as Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello, who serves as the event’s music director.

“This will be the greatest heavy metal show ever,” Morello vowed.

Black Sabbath sold more than 75 million albums and is largely regarded as one of the earliest and most important bands in heavy metal. Tickets for their final show go on sale Feb. 14.
