Darts’ spicy clash between Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen tonight has been made available free to TV viewers across UK and Ireland.

PDC darts rights holder Sky are offering and option for at-home fans to see the entire first night of the 2025 Premier League Darts season, which includes the eagerly-anticipated clash between the The Nuke and the Dutch star. Free-to-air channel Sky Mix will offer live coverage from 7pm which, as a result, means the matches, also involving World No.1 Luke Humphries, are available to most homes via Freeview, Freesat and Freely.

Additionally, non-Sky Sports subscribers with Sky, Virgin Media and EE TV can also tune in, either on Sky Mix or Sky Showcase, which is also simulcasting coverage. Coverage comes from Belfast’s SSE Arena as Premier League darts begins its 17-week season with Sky confirming this week they have agreed a deal, believed to be worth around £125 million, to secure the rights to live PDC darts until 2030. Live coverage of the Premier League replaces tonight’s programmes listed in some TV guides.

You can watch Sky Mix on the following broadcast or streaming platforms.

  • Freeview channel 11
  • Freesat channel 141
  • Freely channel 23
  • Sky satellite channel 151
  • Sky Glass/Sky Stream channel 158 (UK), 154 (ROI)
  • Virgin Media UK channel 135
  • EE TV channel 11.
  • Samsung TV Plus UK channel 4231.

The clash between Littler and Van Gerwen is a repeat of the World Championship Final which the teenager won at Ally Pally last month. He also beat the Dutchman in Den Bosch a fortnight ago, but attention on this encounter has been ramped up in build up with the three-times World Champion annoyed at the kid’s late arrival for a press launch.

He said: “He’s not a baby anymore, he’s 18 years old now. You have to learn the hard way. It’s a professional sport, so you have to be responsible for your actions as well, simple as that. If he turns up late for an interview, I don’t really mind. But now seven other people are waiting for him, so that’s not really nice, is it?”
