The Masked Singer fans believe they’ve cracked the case of who’s behind the Wolf costume, suggesting it could be Scottish singer Marti Pellow.
Wolf is one of the five remaining masked contestants on the popular ITV show, competing alongside Bush, Dressed Crab, Pufferfish and Bear as they go head to head in a bid to bag themselves a spot in the final.
But fans are convinced that the Wet Wet Wet star is behind the Wolf mask.
The Masked Singer’s official X account, formerly Twitter, shared a video combining Wolf’s clues and singing voice playfully inviting followers to guess the identity in the comments.

As soon as the video was posted, fans were quick to guess the Clydebank frontman as the celebrity under the mask, with one writing: “It HAS to be @martiofficial!! And to that clue song “candy”..sweet surrender+sweet little mystery..and just look at him move…”
As another chimed in: “Definitely @martiofficial after 88 times seeing Marti perform, it’s the voice it’s just lovely! if that’s not him, I will be going to see this person too.”
Another fan was convinced they recognised Marti’s voice, saying: “I did think it was John Taylor from Duran Duran to begin with, but the clues have pointed more towards Marti, and the singing voice is surely his!”
One viewer joked that anyone could be behind the mask, stating: “I’m convinced it’s Marti Pellow however considering kingfish did such a good job at making us believe he was Harry Hill, it could actually be Mary Berry,” accompanied by multiple laughing face emojis.
Currently seven celebrities have been unmasked so far. Sir Grayson Perry was revealed as Kingfisher and Andrea Corr as the person behind the Snail mask in a double elimination last weekend.
Before that Mel Giedroyc was uncovered as Teeth, Carol Decker as Tattoo, Macy Gray was under the Toad in the Hole costume, the Pegasus was Prue Leith and Kate Garraway was eliminated in the first week as the Spag Bol.
