The multimillionaire Alexander brothers, accused of sexually assaulting and raping scores of women over a decades-long period, pleaded not guilty to related charges Friday, as prosecutors signaled more charges were coming down the pike.

Tal, 38, and Oren Alexander, 37, luxury real estate agents, and Oren’s twin brother, Alon Alexander, entered not guilty pleas to charges including sex trafficking and conspiracy at their first appearance in Manhattan federal court following their extradition in recent weeks from Miami to New York. Federal Judge Valerie Caproni scheduled their trial for Jan. 5, 2026.

At the hearing, Manhattan Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Espinosa said the government was now in contact with 60 women who allege they were raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the brothers, if not multiple. She said the feds planned to file a superseding indictment.

The brothers are awaiting trial behind bars at Brooklyn’s scandal-plagued Metropolitan Detention Center after Caproni last month denied their staggering bid for release of upwards of $100 million, which the judge said was akin to trying to “buy a private jail.”

Caproni determined the siblings posed a danger to the community and a significant flight risk based on their financial means and foreign ties — in particular to Israel, where their parents and the wives of Oren and Alon are from.

“The government’s evidence is persuasive that this sort of joint fraternal sexual misconduct has continued for years,” the judge said last month. “This was not a one-time party where things went wrong.”

The Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office alleges the brothers committed unchecked “horrific sexual violence” against scores of women, including minors, between 2002 and 2021. They’re accused of targeting women online and through club promoters, flying them to luxury locations like the Hamptons, Los Angeles and Tulum, Mexico to drug and sexually assault them.

Lawyers for the brothers did not immediately respond to the Daily News’s requests for comment.
