The Love Island villa has reportedly been left reeling from a shock double ousting, with two female Islanders given the boot. The villa’s already tumultuous atmosphere was further shaken by the entrance of newcomers Chuggs Wallace and Samie Elishi.

With prior DM exchanges between Samie and Luca stirring the pot, tensions soared when Luca opted to plant a kiss on Grace Jackson during an intense truth-or-dare spin-the-bottle game. Adding to the turmoil, the public voted for Samie to pair up with Luca, leaving Grace without a partner.

Thursday’s episode came to a tantalising halt, setting social media ablaze with speculation about whom Samie will select in the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge, reports the Mirror.

Behind the scenes, it’s been disclosed that there were serious repercussions following the latest recoupling in the villa. “Two stars were dumped after a shock recoupling was announced – everyone was so upset by the result,” an insider confided to The Sun.

The source depicted a scene filled with sorrow and animosity, claiming: “There were tears and a lot of dirty looks, it was gutting for the axed islanders as it’s just days away from the final week.”

In recent developments, Luca and Samie ventured off on their very first date and despite being newly matched, Luca chose to spend the night outside next to Grace. This news breaks mere days after ex-Love Island participant Amy Hart seemingly divulged the All Stars final date on the show’s daily podcast.

According to Amy, the grand finale is slated for “two weeks away”, which pinpoints the climax of this series to Monday, February 17. This year’s villa has been a hotbed of drama, with two All Stars choosing to leave within days of each other. Scott Thomas was the first to announce his exit last week.

The 36 year old, who was paired with Made In Chelsea star Tina Stinnes, admitted he “didn’t want to force” a connection in the villa. His emotional departure left the cast in tears.

Shortly after, Ron Hall announced he would also be leaving. Ron was partnered with bombshell Danielle, and while they got along well, there was no romantic spark.

“I know we’ve just lost Scott, and I know it’s s**, but it is my time… There’s only so much that I can do, sitting in the sun, just sort of staring at the door for the right person. I just don’t know whether that right person is going to come in for me so I am going to go tonight,” Ron stated during his exit.

Danielle is now paired with Chuggs due to the public’s choice, while Tina, who is also getting acquainted with the bombshell, remains single.
