Katie Price has sparked fresh concern from medical professionals and her loved ones following her latest round of plastic surgery procedures in Turkey.
The former glamour model was spotted at a Barnsley nightclub with her nose bandaged up, where she was filmed downing a shot just days after returning from her visit to an Istanbul clinic where she had her ears pinned back and a procedure to achieve ‘fox eyes’, as well as a nose job.
Katie is no stranger to going under the knife in a bid to change her appearance and admits she has put her body through countless surgeries since rising to fame almost three decades ago.
The 46-year-old has previously admitted to having body dysmorphia and heartbreakingly said “I feel so ugly” during a TV interview in 2023.
The mum-of-five has been begged multiple times by her mum, sister and past partners to quit her surgery obsession but Katie has been unable to beat her body dysmorphia demons and is sadly still insecure about her appearance and showing signs of ageing.

However, the latest fears for Katie aren’t about her operations but instead how she recovers from them.
The star recently raised eyebrows when she appeared to be partying just days on from her latest surgery.
A video from the Saturday night in South Yorkshire showed Katie, dressed in a black cropped top that showed off her tummy tattoo, handing out shots to members of the crowd before downing one herself, reports the Mirror.
Concerns are growing for Katie who has undergone at least 17 boob jobs, six facelifts, liposuction and numerous other procedures, as sources close to her reveal she may not be taking her recovery seriously.
Speaking to OK!, an insider shared: “Katie’s had lots of surgeries so she tends to play them down, but they’re not all minor,” and added, “She has to undergo various types of anaesthesia and she’s doing it in a foreign country, far away from home. Everyone knows partying after surgery is a very bad idea.”
Official guidelines typically advise patients to avoid strenuous activities for about five weeks post-op, especially after a nose job, to allow the body to heal properly.
Drinking alcohol is particularly discouraged as it can hinder the healing process, cause swelling due to fluid retention, and increase infection risks. While it hasn’t been confirmed that Katie was drinking, her recent night out is likely to raise eyebrows given her surgical history.

Gerard Lambe, a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and director of Reflect Clinic UK, expressed concern over footage showing Katie on stage in Barnsley shortly after surgery. He warned that neglecting post-surgical care could lead to fatal consequences.
“Katie runs the risk of exhausting her body’s potential to recover and experiencing wound breakdown and infection, but most worrying is the risk of a bleed, especially after facelift surgery which involves a very delicate process,” he cautioned.
“The sutures, or stitches in layman terms, are at risk of shifting or even popping undone. It is quite gruesome and can be totally avoided by taking good care of herself in the first place.
“It’s possible for her facial surgery to both tear and bleed – even a week after surgery if blood pressure is raised from exertion or excessive alcohol – even with laughing and screaming I have occasionally seen life-threatening haematomas develop, so Katie could be risking her life.”
Lambe also highlighted the importance of rest for recovery, as the body needs energy reserves to heal properly, and noted the additional risk of liver strain if Katie consumed alcohol while on pain medication post-surgery.

“To see her not give her body a chance to rest and repair but to possibly be drinking alcohol is very risky. Her liver – a key organ – is under additional strain and if she’s had surgery and not just aesthetic injections, she is most likely on painkillers. This can be a fatal combination.”
Katie confessed that the day after her club appearance, she was in discomfort, telling her followers that her eyes were “stinging” and “stuck together” following her night out. This isn’t uncharted territory for the mother of five.
In her latest autobiography ‘This Is Me’, released last summer, Katie acknowledged her indifference towards post-surgery recovery, stating, “I do look beaten up but I’m used to that now and I don’t mind that look.”
A source expressed concern over Katie’s future plans for more cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian bum lift, questioning her overall wellbeing. “She’s said herself that she’s lost count of how many surgeries she’s had and that’s a big worry for those close to her. The question is, when will this stop? ” they remarked.
“It’s like she’s pressing the self-destruct button. It could be a cry for attention and, if so, that’s a dangerous game to play when it comes to surgery because they take a toll on a person’s body and can have serious consequences if things go wrong.”
Turkey has seemingly become Katie’s preferred destination for her surgical treatments.
The UK’s cosmetic surgery tourism received a sharp rebuke from experts as they expressed growing concerns for those who travel abroad for medical procedures. Mr Lambe highlighted the dangers, stating: “Undoubtedly, this is the biggest risk – not having anyone available if there is a serious problem and potentially fatal,” adding that the lack of access to patient notes in emergencies can be dire.
“If patients return to the UK and end up having complications and are seen as an emergency in the NHS, there are no notes available or details of what type of surgery was performed and this can seriously inhibit the care that can be provided. It’s a recipe for disaster. That’s why I say no overseas surgery is worth your life or health. Women like Katie are most definitely taking a huge risk.”
Meanwhile, speaking in 2023, model Katie Price confessed her insecurities despite her numerous cosmetic surgeries, saying she often “feels ugly”.
On The Jeremy Vine Show, Katie argued that the minimum age for undergoing cosmetic surgery should be raised to 21, sharing regrets over her own decisions to have surgery at a young age.
Addressing the impact of aesthetic treatments on youth, she advised caution and reflected on her past choices with a sense of remorse.
The star confessed in March 2023 that she believes she has ‘surgery face’ due to overdoing her recent procedures, but admitted she wouldn’t complain as “I’ve done this too myself”.
“It’s a fact I’ve had more boob jobs than I’ve slept with men – there’s not many women at my age who can say they haven’t had that many men,” she shared while on the panel show.
Katie went on to admit she “actually doesn’t know” how many boob jobs she’s actually had, before being asked when she is happiest with her image. “Never,” the star bluntly replied.
“When we were in the makeup room, I looked in the mirror and thought ‘I am so ugly’. I now look in the mirror and think ‘Ahhh no more on the face’ because you get that surgery ‘look’ and i’ve got that! !
Katie added that she won’t complain as “I’ve done that to myself” but admitted she thinks 18 is too young to have a cosmetic procedure. “I started my career when they had no airbrushing and it wasn’t how [it is now],” she recalled, before suggesting that the age of consent for surgery should be 21 and above.
