Justin Baldoni will discuss his “intense year” in an emotional podcast episode recorded just weeks before Blake Lively accused him of sexual harassment on the set of “It Ends With Us” along with a public smear campaign.
The 41-year-old actor-director’s appearance on the “Gents Talk” podcast will drop Monday at 2 p.m. ET, according to a trailer released ahead of the weekend.

In the clip, Baldoni says he’s “had an intense year,” adding “This morning I sent a text message … I had anxiety.” When asked why, Baldoni says, “I haven’t talked about this yet,” while appearing to wipe away tears.
According to the podcast, the episode was recorded in November, roughly one month before Lively filed her complaint, followed by a formal lawsuit less than two weeks later.
It’s unclear whether the episode will directly address the ongoing feud — further cemented by Baldoni countersuing Lively for $400 million alleging defamation and civil extortion. Baldoni’s suit also names Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, and publicist Leslie Jones.
But the promotion of the episode is certainly riding the coattails of the drama, which has been dominating headlines since Lively’s initial complaint. Her allegations were also highlighted in a New York Times deep dive, after which Baldoni filed a $250 million libel lawsuit against the paper.
Earlier this week, the case — which is scheduled to go on trial March 9, 2026 — entered Manhattan Federal Court, with Judge Lewis Liman ordering both camps to play nice.
