PRINCETON, W.Va. – While Super Bowl Sunday brings extra business to pizza places nationwide, this year combines the event with National Pizza Day as well. At Angelo’s Pizza, however, the kitchen can take the heat.
As the business owner, Adel Abdalrahman, told WVVA, they’ve been at this for a long time.
“We are here for almost over 30 years. 30 years we open this store here and usually in the Super Bowl we get like very busy,” said Abdalrahman.
Despite two events happening on the same day, the influx of orders didn’t affect the energy of the dining room.
“It’s been a good atmosphere you know, it’s a Sunday, people coming in from church, it’s been a lot of good conversation, really nice people, and it’s just been awesome to be here,” explained Jacob Coleman, a server at Angelo’s.
While this holiday will no doubt be celebrated by all pizza spots around, Coleman said to give Angelo’s a shot.
“I might be a little biased, but I’d say it’s the best in town at least, it’s a great place to be, a good atmosphere,” added Coleman.
If you’re in need of pizza for a sporting event or otherwise, Angelo’s is located at 1211 Stafford Drive in Princeton. Their phone number is (304) 487-8924.
