Police are urging the public not to approach the man and to call 911 if he’s spotted.
AUSTIN, Texas — A man is on the run following a burglary on Thursday in South Austin.
The Austin Police Department (APD) reported the burglary around noon on Menchaca Road near Malvern Hill Drive.
Details on what happened are limited, but police said a man armed with a pistol is at large. The man was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a black beanie or face mask.
Police urge the public not to approach the man and to instead call 911 if they see him.
