When The Traitors film crew aren’t at Ardross Castle in Scotland, the setting looks a lot different.

The BBC One show is shot just north of Inverness, in the stunning Scottish Highlands. And the most explosive scenes take place at the round-table.

This particular room seems like the perfect backdrop for deception, backstabbing and banishment. But when cameras aren’t rolling, it’s a space that’s perfect for love. It’s even used for events like weddings!

On X, super-fan account The Traitors HQ shared an image showcasing the large space in all its usual splendour, free from the mystery and intrigue associated with the game.

Sharing two images of the room side by side, The Traitors HQ simply penned: “This is what The Traitors roundtable room looks like when the show isn’t filming”. One image shows the room set out presumably for a wedding, bathed in warm light, with a series of smaller round tables draped in white tablecloths with tall floral arrangements as centrepieces.

The second image shows the Great Hall with tables pushed to the side of the room, making space in the centre. The room is awash with pink and purple lighting, suggesting it’s playing host to a party or wedding reception.

The venue has certainly caught people’s eyes – including Traitors winner Leanne Quigley. Apparently, the champ plans to use her winnings from the BBC reality game show for a truly Scottish ceremony in the Traitors castle.

It is her chosen venue to marry long-term partner Sophie – as they envision an idyllic setting to exchange vows and begin their life together as a married couple.

The couple, parents to two year old twins, are ecstatic about the new possibilities brought by the prize money. In conversation with MailOnline, an enthusiastic Leanne shared details of the wedding preparations: “We have got wedding planning to do. We have just started. We haven’t set a date yet but yeah we can get a wedding going.”

Embracing the connection to The Traitors, Leanne expressed her desire to return to its castle setting for her nuptials: “I actually looked at the castle because I didn’t realise you could get married there. That would be so iconic. I would actually love that.”

Leanne is optimistic that her BBC series co-stars will be present to celebrate her wedding day. She commented: “I mean, the most incredible people I’ve ever met in my life, and the genuine love that we all have for each other. We’ve all had a few meet ups since leaving the castle and every time we see each other, it’s just all love. It’s so lovely.”
