RICH CREEK, Va. – At around 11am on Feb. 16, a vital intersection in Giles County, Va. reopened.
The intersection in Rich Creek off Route 219 had to be closed due to the water levels from the rain on Feb. 15. The Town Manager of Rich Creek, Richard Cox, gave WVVA more information on the situation leading up to its reopening.
