A woman from the Isle of Skye has splurged £150,000 channelling a “cheap and tacky” aesthetic, aspiring to achieve the UK’s largest breast implants.
Ayla has found that her unique look doesn’t mesh well with her conservative hometown, where she faces judgemental glances. Speaking on YouTube’s Truly TV, she revealed: “The people in Skye are super religious, no one wears makeup, no plastic surgery, no local support because of the way I looked.”
Having begun her transition at 24, Ayla has since pursued numerous cosmetic changes. She recently completed her third feminisation operation, which included extensive procedures such as forehead reconstruction, an eye bone shave, rhinoplasty, double jaw surgery, a lip lift, chin contouring, tracheal shave, dental veneers, six breast augmentations, and gender confirmation surgery.
This Instagram sensation, with a following of 13,000, often makes trips to the US to further enhance her breasts, with her sights set on reaching an implant size of 3000cc.
Ayla’s dream to be known for having the UK’s most prominent bust is partly funded by ‘sponsors’ and ‘sugar daddies’, she confessed. Despite identifying herself as ‘the doll,’ Ayla confronted peril with her breast implants, confessing: “I thought the whole was just going to pop open, and one day it did.”
Aware of the extremity of her ambitions, Ayla acknowledges the madness of her pursuit yet remains determined to continue. The blonde bombshell described her style as: “I would describe my look as cheap, tacky, in your face, and I love it.”
She confessed to buying children’s tops and small adult sizes to accentuate her figure. Despite facing judgement, Ayla revealed that her husband David, who she met on Instagram, is fully supportive of her choices.
In addition to her unique fashion sense, Ayla runs her own café and isn’t shy about turning up to work in a crop top. She shared that some customers question ‘when is it going to end?’. However, she has no plans to stop until she achieves her idea of “perfection”.
“I am never more excited than when I am on that table,” she added. “You can’t put a price on perfection,” the high spender declared.
