Playparks in Motherwell and Wishaw that have benefitted from Scottish Government investment, include: George Street, Motherwell; Frood Street, Motherwell; Doon Street, Motherwell; Fir Place, Wishaw; and The Loaning, Motherwell.

Ms Adamson, MSP for Motherwell and Wishaw, said: “The SNP committed to improving play parks for children across Scotland, and kids in my Motherwell and Wishaw constituency are directly benefitting.

“Access to play areas is essential for a child’s development and it is a great social space for children, parents, and carers.

“Kids should be having fun and I am delighted this Scottish Government investment is making a real difference to our community and across North Lanarkshire.”
