Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about her mortifying BAFTAs experience after she was forced to leave the meal halfway through due to one unfortunate problem.

Opening up to her fans on her latest YouTube vlog, titled ‘Come to the BAFTAs with me’, the 25-year-old beauty influencer took her viewers along with her on a step by step journey of her day from travelling to London and her glam makeup look to the end of the night where she could be seen getting a shot of holding one of the prestigious BAFTA awards.

However, things were not plain-sailing for Molly at her first ever BAFTAs event as she revealed her ‘TMI’ situation, confessing that the ceremony had been so long that she had ended up with ‘trapped wind’ after sitting in the one position for so long.

The mum-of-one admitted that she could not stay for the entire meal because she was “in so much pain” after the “extra long” event went on for 14 hours.

Molly continued her vlog when she arrived home from the event, which was held on Sunday February 16, at London’s Royal Festival Hall, telling fans that she had made herself a peppermint tea to help relieve her flatulence issues.

She said: “So the BAFTAs was 14 hours long. It was lovely. I’ll be honest, it was extra long. I’m just pouring a peppermint tea because I have to be honest, I got the world’s worst – this is TMI – I got the world’s worst trapped wind from sitting in the same position for so many hours.”

She added: “The ceremony, I’ve got to be honest with you, it put the ONG in long. It was such a lovely evening though but also because I got such a sore stomach from sitting in the same position we had to leave like halfway through the meal because I was in so much pain.

“I literally was like I cant sit here. Does anyone else get that? when you sit crunched up for too long or like if you’re driving in the same position for too long, I get really bad trapped wind. I’m not even really like a ‘trumpy’ gal so I don’t even know why the wind is getting trapped because its not like the wind would usually exit. I’m saying too much, maybe it’s not tramped wind I don’t know but I just get the worst cramps.”

However, Molly assured fans that she still had a brilliant evening at the show, which was hosted by Scots Doctor Who icon David Tennant.

Sharing the best moment of her evening, the former Love Island star gushed: “The highlight for me was the fact that Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were in the same building as me.

“Kylie Jenner is like my favourite, my favourite celebrity by far, I just love her so much. Cliche to say but I’m quite utterly obsessed with her in every single way.”

Molly was seen brushing shoulders with host David Tennant on the red carpet as she posed in a long black two piece skirt and cropped blazer with exaggerated shoulders, accessorised with a simple gold brooch.

The influencer also got her own shot holding one of the BAFTAs awards as she held up the gold award to show her YouTube viewers.

In the background, the woman passing Molly the award could be heard saying: “Won for best documentary”, in reference to Molly’s Amazon Prime docuseries, ‘Molly Mae: Behind It All’ which was released last month.

Molly smiled as she replied: “Oh I wish, the dream, one day.”
