Dianne Buswell has shared a touching yet amusing goodbye to her beau Joe Sugg as they part ways after an enchanting journey to South Africa.
Earlier this month, Dianne took off from the UK for a well-deserved break following her stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
Fans of the popular dance show will be aware that Dianne and her celebrity partner, comedian Chris McCausland, were crowned winners of the 2024 season.
Following their emotional win, Dianne enjoyed the festive period with Joe and her family, who visited from Australia, before joining her Strictly mates for the live tour.
However, Dianna recently flew to South Africa with Joe for a friend’s wedding after the Strictly live tour. The pair also seized the opportunity to explore the African scenery.
In one social media post, followers saw Dianne and Joe on a morning safari, where a video captured the sunrise over the Western Cape leading up to an encounter with local wildlife. Fans caught sight of giraffes and rhinos, while Dianne narrated the adventure with the caption: “The most magical experience #safari #southafrica @sanbonasafari #sanbonawildlifereserve.”
Dianne looked back fondly on her post-nuptial excursion on Instagram, calling the wedding ‘beautiful’. She posted several photos on her profile, where she and Joe admired a breathtaking sunset during the festivities, reports Bristol Live.

Dianne and Joe’s recent Cape Town adventure involved horseback riding, kayaking, and laid-back exploration before they went separate ways, with Dianne headed to Brisbane.
Over on TikTok, Dianne shared a heartfelt montage of their time together, including a clip where Joe amusingly describes his ‘dream’ woman as someone who can match his sense of humour.
The video ended with Joe humorously squashing his face against a window to say farewell, which Dianne playfully captioned: “This is how he said goodbye to me,” followed by crying laughing emoji and a red heart. In her post, she echoed the emotion: “Saying goodbye in our own little way [crying laughing and red heart emojis]. Miss him already! “.
