A gunman opened fire at police officers outside a Brooklyn park Tuesday, cops said.
The four NYPD officers were in an unmarked police vehicle on St. Marks Ave. near Brooklyn Ave. in Crown Heights when a 30-year-old man approached them around 4:50 p.m. and started shooting, cops said.
The gunfire erupted just outside Brower Park and steps from Public School 289 George V. Brower Elementary.
No one was injured and police did not return fire.
Cops took two people into custody following the shooting. Charges were pending Tuesday evening.
