A Linlithgow vets has announced the launch of its out-of-hours service providing round-the-clock emergency care.
Westport Vets is launching Westport 24 on April 28.
Westport has taken on four new veterinary surgeons, one emergency critical care specialist and three registered veterinary nurses to facilitate the new 24 hour service.
Westport Veterinary Clinic owner and senior veterinary surgeon, Stuart McMorrow, said: “We know how worrying it can be when a pet needs emergency care, especially late at night.
“Clients told us they wanted an out-of-hours service that kept them with a team they know and trust. Westport 24 does exactly that – high-quality, 24/7 emergency care from our expert vets at a significantly lower cost than the current alternatives.
“We’re making emergency care more affordable, more accessible, and more familiar for our clients and their pets.”
A huge benefit is that no long-distance travel will be required out of hours for clients – emergency care being locally available.
Westport 24 will offer emergency consultations at a fraction of the usual cost for out-of-hours care.
To make it even more affordable, Westport Vets are introducing a brand-new membership, WP24, which provides an absolutely massive discount on emergency consultations.
Stuart McMorrow added: “Our goal is simple: to provide expert out-of-hours care at a much lower cost than other emergency options while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary treatment.
“To ensure a smooth transition, our new dedicated out-of-hours team will be working in our main practice during regular hours in the coming weeks. This will give them time to get settled, train, and meet our clients before WP24 officially launches.
“We’re incredibly excited about this next step and look forward to providing even better service and support to our clients and their pets.”
Westport Vets will be sharing updates on their Westport 24 services throughout March and April on their social media platforms.
