The Marvel Cinematic Universe may be experiencing a slump with the latest Captain America film receiving lukewarm reviews, but it’s not all doom and gloom for LEGO enthusiasts.
If you’re a fan of the superhero franchise, then you’ll be pleased to hear that a range of sought-after LEGO Marvel sets are on offer on Amazon. Some of them are fairly recent, having been released only two months ago.
These particular sets are based on the recent Captain America film, Brave New World. With Anthony Mackie stepping into the role of America’s ‘Greatest Hero’, he faces off against Red Hulk – and several LEGO sets already illustrate this epic clash.

While they may not become immediate classics, you can currently grab them for approximately 20 per cent off at the online retail giant. They’re an excellent choice whether you’re looking to expand your collection or purchase one as a gift.

LEGO Marvel New Captain America Construction Figure – was £29.99, now £23.95 (20% saving)
This initial set portrays the New Captain America himself, with Sam Wilson assuming the mantle in this latest season.
Equipped with his revamped Falcon Wings, he comes with the vibranium shield and a miniature replica of his companion drone Red Wing. First launched in December 2024 for £29.99, it’s already seeing a 20 per cent discount to £23.95. The set contains 359 pieces, which equates to 7p per brick.
LEGO Marvel Captain America vs. Red Hulk Battle Set – was £49.99, now £39.99 (20% saving)
Another set inspired by Captain America: Brave New World, this larger model portrays a climactic fight scene from the film’s finale. The main attraction of this set is the four minifigures it includes: New Captain America, New Falcon, Ruth Bat-Seraph and Red Hulk.
The Red Hulk figure is particularly impressive, depicted as holding up an entire spaceship single-handedly in the set diorama. Released in December 2024 for £49.99, it can currently be snapped up for £39.99.
LEGO Marvel Infinity Gauntlet – was £79.99, now £59.99 (25% saving)
This replica of Thanos’ weapon from the iconic film makes for a perfect display piece. The 590 pieces are used to great effect, with each of the Infinity Stones fitting perfectly within the gauntlet’s knuckles. Having built this set myself, I found it took around four to five hours to complete.
I enjoyed the process so much that I’ve since disassembled it to rebuild at a later date. Normally priced at £79.99, it’s currently on sale for £59.99, offering a 25% saving and bringing the cost per brick down to an average of 10p.
LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Mech vs. Anti-Venom set – £12.99
While not currently on sale, the price Amazon is offering still represents good value. The set depicts Spider-Man as a giant mech battling the villainous Anti-Venom.
The smaller price tag reflects the set’s size, containing only 107 pieces. However, it’s a fantastic gift for a younger child who would appreciate an easier build.
LEGO Marvel The Avengers Assemble: Age of Ultron – was £89.99, now £68.99 (23% saving).
Lastly, we have a superb diorama set based on the opening scene from Avengers: Age of Ultron. As the team battles through the frozen Sokovia forest against Hydra’s remnants, the set allows you to construct a partially destroyed vehicle and a watchtower on the verge of collapse. The main attraction here is the number of mini figures, with every single Avenger represented in LEGO form.
That’s nine mini figures in total, including the three Hydra Soldiers that come with the set. Usually priced at £89.99, Amazon has reduced it by 23 per cent, bringing the new price down to £68.99. With 613 pieces in the set, that equates to 11p per brick.
