ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – In February, we are highlighting Black history and showcasing Black excellence as part of our Black History: Voices of Virginia Special.
To celebrate, we invited local chef Chris Hamm, owner of Hamm’s Fine Foods. For our special Hamm brought classic southern comfort foods like shrimp and grits, pasta salad, and turkey rolls…but of course added a special twist.
Hamm shared his experience getting into the catering business and how he curates his cuisine.
