There’s nothing like a fresh, floral perfume to get you into the spirit of summer, especially when the weather is still a little chilly.
Of course, there is an abundance of bottles on the market, with some being quite pricey. However, one that is said to “literally smell like sunshine” is Marc Jacobs’ Perfect Eau de Parfum – and it’s enjoying a discount on Amazon.
The online retailer has dropped a 100 ml bottle of this luxury scent from £99.96 to just £61.08, saving 39 percent off the RRP. Shoppers can also save 37 percent on a smaller 50ml that is now just £47, down from its original £94.

Making its debut in 2020, the Perfect EDP has been described by the luxury firm as “playful” and “bright”. As a contemporary floral perfume, its main notes are that of uplifting rhubarb and daffodils, making it perfect for those who prefer a vibrant scent.
Further notes that you’ll find include a creamy almond milk, alongside a base of Cashmeran. According to Marc Jacobs, this “unique clash” of florals and smooth notes creates an “optimistic blend that encapsulates originality and self-love.”
The bottle itself is also noteworthy, with the weighted glass base housing the pale blush tinted perfume. At the top, the cap is crowned with an eclectic mix of mis-matched charms, with each being selected by Marc Jacobs himself.
Amazon users alone have awarded the Perfect EDP a 4.8 rating, as it has managed to amass 2,379 five-star reviews for its “long lasting” scent that is “perfect” for the upcoming spring and summer weather.
One positive review read: “Smells like sunshine. This is the PERFECT spring/summer scent as it’s light, fresh and bright – but complex all in the same note. I absolutely adore this and get compliments whenever I wear it.”
A second read: “My last bottle was almost empty. This stuff is literally the best. Especially in the summer time. I always get asked what I’m wearing. I was happy it was on sale. I couldn’t pass it up. The topper is super cute also. It’s fruity but not super strong. It does last. I always put it on my key points of my body.”
