AUSTIN, Texas — A large police presence was reported at Anderson High School in northwest Austin Friday afternoon.
While details are limited at this time, KVUE confirmed officers responded to a call of a suspicious package at the school. However, it was deemed not to be a threat.
It’s unclear if the police response disrupted operations at Anderson, but KVUE is actively working to learn more information.
