The sunshine is beginning to make an appearance and many of us are beginning to dream of taking a vacation sometime soon.
If you’re planning on jetting off to a warmer climate, or enjoying a stay at home break, it’s worth adding a breezy new dress to your wardrobe. Fortunately, we have spotted one from Next that is “perfect” for taking on holiday.
The retailer’s Cream and Green Palm Linen Scoop Back Mini Shift Dress from its vibrant Floral Kew Collection is being snapped up by shoppers who say they “can’t wait to wear it”. Costing £38, this frock is ideal for bagging ahead of the warmer season.

With its mini-length and linen-blend material, it’s both a breathable and stylish wardrobe addition that will be popular in the summer. It’s also a vibrant addition thanks to its all-over green palm pattern that has been inspired by archived prints at Kew’s Royal Botanical Garden.
The design is finished with a side split hem, scoop back and handy side pockets. Pair with your favourite chunky sandals when popping in your suitcase when jetting abroad, or wear with your favourite chunky trainers for any BBQ’s or garden parties at home.

Designed in regular and petite lengthways, this linen-blend dress is still available to buy in sizes six to 26. There are also two other multi-coloured prints available, alongside a black colourway, although sizes are more limited for these options.
The Cream and Green Print of the £38 linen dress has managed to obtain a 4.5 rating and multiple positive reviews, as fashion enthusiasts heap praise on its “unusual” pattern and “versatile” design.
One delighted shopper said: “Nicely cut dress which is keeping me cool on my tour of Australia. I have had compliments on the beautiful tropical leaves and flowers on the fabric. I like the high neck but deep v at the back. Not sure if there are any more dresses in this style but would buy if there were!”
A second enthusiastic reviewer wrote: “Lovely shift dress, perfect for holidays and warm weather. Lovely print too.”
Another five-star review read: “Unusual. Will be perfect for abroad. Nice colours but pattern varies with each dress. I picked through to get the nicest colours & pattern. Looking forward to wearing it. Thanks Next!”
Someone else admiring the frock said: “Lovely dress the colours are lovely too. Haven’t worn it yet bought it for my holiday can’t wait to wear it would recommend. True to size.”
However, one shopper did leave the dress two stars due to sizing issues, writing: “This garment fitted ok but the arm holes were huge. I wear a size 18 to fit my chest but my arms are normal size. It just looked awful about an inch or more each side would have to be altered for a better fit.”

Another style we are loving for the warmer season is Nobody’s Child’s ‘vintage inspired’ Yellow Floral Linen-blend Coen Mini Dress that costs £89. If you’re not keen on florals, then M&S’ £29.50 Linen Rich Striped Mini Shift Dress might be a suitable alternative.
