DENVER — An American Airlines plane caught fire while at a gate at Denver International Airport Thursday evening.
A spokesperson for the airport said that passengers were evacuated from the plane and that the air slides were deployed.
We do not know if anyone was injured.
A video from inside the airport shows smoke pouring from the plane and people standing on the airplane’s wing.
The fire has since been extinguished. At this point, it’s not clear how it started.
