A teen was stabbed in the back during a brawl outside a Midtown Manhattan high school Monday, police said.

The victim was in a fight with a group of teens outside the High School for Environmental Studies on the corner of W. 56th St. and Tenth Ave. just after 3 p.m., cops said.

An 18-year-old was knifed during the fracas. Medics took him to nearby Mount Sinai West where he is expected to recover.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the teen is a student at the school, which had dismissed for the day about 20 minutes earlier.

There were no arrests as cops continued to investigate.
