A Queens auto shop owner found dead in a pool of blood inside his closed repair shop committed suicide, the city Medical Examiner’s office determined Wednesday.

Michael Koloniaris, the owner of Mekniko Autoworks on Cross Island Parkway near 149th St. in Whitestone, died of “sharp force trauma” to his neck and left arm, an autopsy revealed.

Koloniaris, 65, was found dead inside his auto shop lying near a power tool about 3:15 p.m. Monday, officials said.

The autopsy showed the injuries were self inflicted, a spokeswoman for the Medical Examiner’s office said Wednesday.

The victim’s name was not immediately released.
