Samsung is offering a massive freebie to anyone who purchases its flagship S25 Ultra handset, but it’s not available where you might expect.

Customers need to bypass Samsung’s own brand store and head to online retailer mobiles.co.uk to get the free accessory.

It’s a significant offer, with a pair of Galaxy Buds 3Pro thrown in with S25 Ultra orders. After checking out competitors, it appears that mobiles.co.uk is the only retailer offering this deal.

This beats Samsung’s own offer of up to £660 off the S25 Ultra for those trading in, and Sky Mobile’s £192 price reduction on the model.

While Sky previously offered a free Galaxy Watch, they’ve now switched this to a £6 monthly saving on their tariff – although Sky’s plan comes with a lengthy 36-month contract compared to mobiles.co.uk’s 24-month term.

Mobiles.co.uk provides a range of different plans from Vodafone and iD Mobile, with the two freebies being offered on iD Mobile – specifically the 100GB plan which includes unlimited calls and texts. This costs £42.99 per month, with a small upfront fee of £9.

Once customers add the S25 Ultra plan to their online basket and checkout, there are no hidden codes or additional sites needed to claim the two free accessories. However, there are some key points worth noting that could potentially trip up shoppers, reports the Mirror.

The main caveat is that if you return the handset, you must also return the free Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, even if you’re fond of them and they aren’t faulty. The two complimentary items will be delivered to the purchasing address provided at checkout.

Buyers should be aware of the planned bill increase in April 2026, which isn’t unique to Mobiles.co.uk as a slew of UK providers are implementing this in line with inflation.

As stated in the online deal, shoppers will pay £1.50 more from the April 2026 data. O2 is another provider that’s confirmed its 2025 price hikes, along with Sky Mobile.

Elsewhere in tech news, Sky Q customers will bag a brand new channel this month, and even more changes are on the way.

Sky will usher in the first round of changes on Friday, March 21 when the regular Sky Cinema Action channel vanishes for a time and transforms into Sky Cinema Men in Black.

Sky Cinema Originals channel is also switching up to Sky Cinema Book. Then, Sky Cinema Classics is reverting back to Sky Cinema Greats.

The fourth change comes on Sunday, March 23, which is when the Sky Cinema Men In Black will revert back to its standard branding, Sky Cinema Action.

Meanwhile, a new channel, Panjab TV, landed on Sky Q on March 17. It can be watched from channel 770. The channel is only coming to satellite, though.
