YouTuber Jake Paul followed up his recent blockbuster boxing match against Mike Tyson to announce an even bigger win: his engagement to Olympic speed skater Jutta Leerdam.
The happy couple shared the news Saturday in a joint post on Instagram.
“We’re engaged,” Paul, 28, captioned a carousel of sunset photos, in which both he and the 26-year-old Dutch athlete are dressed in all white ensembles. “We can’t wait to spend forever together.”
Paul began the carousel with a photo of him kneeling on a balcony overlooking the sea, surrounded by candles and white rose petals. In another photo, they offer a close-up look at Leerdam’s engagement ring, a stunning oval-shaped diamond flanked by stones on each side.
Luckily, Paul had plenty of money to pay for the massive rock. The internet personality-turned-professional boxer reportedly made $40 million when he beat Tyson during their Netflix face-off in November.
Leerdam, meanwhile took home the silver medal in the women’s 1000-meter speed skating race during the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
