AUSTIN, Texas — One person has died following a motorcycle crash that happened in Hornsby Bend early Sunday morning.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS), the crash occurred at 12:57 a.m. near the intersection of Barteny Cove and Gilbert Road, near Gilbert Elementary School.
The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. Medics administered CPR to the motorcyclist but they died at the scene.
