GRAYSON COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia State Police are investigating the death of a man hit by a falling tree in Grayson County Friday.
Jonathan T. Anderson, 35 of Troutdale, died after being taken to a hospital.
The incident took place March 21, 2025 at 10:50 a.m. on Chestnut Ridge Road. Police say Anderson was driving a Toyota Camry westbound, one mile west of Flatridge Road, when the Camry was struck by a falling tree.
