Many shoppers have been amazed with the power that the Pixel 9 features, which has earned itself a 4.6 star rating. One pleased shopper wrote: “Incredible AI tech, especially in the photo editing department. Tensor 4 chip is more than snappy enough and along with 12gb RAM and 120hz display keeps everything buttery smooth.
“Guaranteed SEVEN years of OS and security updates. Plus it looks gorgeous and feels super premium in the hand. Google’s best Pixel phone to date. What’s not to like?”
Another shopper was highly complimentary, saying: “I’ve been using the Google Pixel 9, and I have to say it really feels like it’s packed with Google’s best technology. Since it’s engineered by Google, the Pixel 9 gets the latest AI updates first, which makes a big difference.
“Right out of the box, I noticed how easy it was to manage my day-to-day tasks. The advanced AI is there to help me breeze through my to-do list, set up plans, and even start new projects, making it almost like a digital assistant that’s always a step ahead.”

A third five-star reviewer added: “I recently upgraded to the Google Pixel 9 – Android Smartphone with Gemini, and I must say, this phone is nothing short of impressive. The advanced camera is a standout feature, capturing stunning photos with incredible detail and vibrant colours.
“Whether it’s low light or bright sunlight, the Pixel 9 handles it all effortlessly. The 24-hour battery life is another huge plus, keeping me connected and powered up throughout the day without any worries.”
However, not everyone was as amazed, as one person complained: “Went from a 7, which worked perfectly. To this which is total rubbish so far. The Fingerprint sensor doesn’t work, it’s so slow and you have to do it 3-4 times before it opens. Gemini is truly awful. You ask it to identify a song, sometimes it works fine. Others it tells you it can’t even identify songs.”

While another shopper wasn’t pleased with the design: “I’m a fan of Google phones but after using the Google 6, I disliked the curved corners on the 9. The screen is slightly narrower, but it’s the move away from a more functional rectangle that ultimately put me off.
“It’s getting to the point where Google phones have lost their way, lacking the value or sensible design, that brought me to the brand.”
