PRINCETON, W.Va. – A little over a month ago, Keith Taylor resigned as the head football coach for Princeton Senior High School. On Monday, the Tigers officially confirmed the new man at the helm.
The Mercer County Board of Education approved Nathan Tanner as the program’s newest head football coach. Tanner is a Pearisburg, VA native and played football collegiately at Concord. After college, Tanner would go on to coach at Summers County, Martinsville, and most recently Parkersburg South High School. At Parkersburg South, Tanner compiled a 41-27 record and reached the postseason five out of six times.
